Initiate Your Request
Log into your Blokees account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and use the provided tracking number to monitor your refund status.
